A friend of mine gave me this book The cashfloow quadrant, it is definately an eye opener.
after you read The Cashflow Quadrant, you will understan dwhy the rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer.
but more than that, you will find out that it is not that hard to jump in the winners circle.
Thank you Robert Kiyosaki for writing such a great book
